  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement configurations and customizations, and provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM modules.

You have that rare combination—a sharp technical brain and a head for business. You’ll use this to help customers achieve real-world success with our products. We also look for:

  • Collaborate with development teams to build and test technical solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements
  • Provide technical support for Oracle EPM modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system stability and performance
  • Configure Oracle SaaS EPM modules, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and other related applications
  • Maintain and manage system setups, configurations, and data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the EPM landscape
  • Perform regular system administration tasks, including user management, security configurations, and data maintenance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for EPM modules, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure thorough validation of customizations and configurations, identifying and addressing any issues before deployment
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Oracle SaaS EPM modules
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the EPM domain
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle SaaS EPM features and functionalities, recommending and implementing best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize enterprise performance management processes

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, with a focus on Oracle SaaS EPM applications
  • Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of EPM modules implementation
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM modules, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and related applications
