As a Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Ara Damansara and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

* Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
* Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
* Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • Ability to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese.
* Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
* You are required to work on rotational shifts.
