Role Description

This is a flexible working hours, remote role as an Executive Assistant to the Director at the Global Supply Chain Leadership Alliance. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, facilitating communication, and offering general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and events.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors for various projects and events
  • Planning and coordinating of meetings and community events
  • Manage Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, facilitating appointments, securing facilities.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings/ presentations, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate records of materials and meeting minutes.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director, including coordinating the operations of the Director’s office.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
