Job Description

Responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and handling all maintenance work.
Conduct preventive maintenance for all machinery according to the schedule.
Troubleshooting malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
Completing maintenance reports i.e., preventive maintenance, and work orders.
Ensure all machines are in good condition and well function.
Assist superior in routine monitoring of the machinery.
Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and request orders.
Ensure machine auto lubricant oil/grease level is at an optimum level.
To make sure all the chains in the checklist are properly lubricated.
Assist in evaluating the breakdown and liaise with an authorized contractor for repair
Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
Responsible for following food safety and GMP rules at all times.
To maintain maintenance workshop cleanliness at all times.
To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.

Requirements/Skills

Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the maintenance of manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of electrical is added advantage.
Extensive knowledge of system maintenance, mechanical engineering designs, installations, and repairs.
Ability to find problem for or deal proactively with work related problems.
Ability to perform to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Willingness to perform maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.
