About the role:

As a Talent & Community Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding and managing our community of highly skilled independent professionals across SEA and ANZ. You will be responsible for building talent benches, driving talent growth campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for our talent community.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage talent benches: Execute the end-to-end process of building talent benches, including profile QA, shortlisting, and onboarding talents onto the Outsized platform
  • Campaign execution: Execute and monitor the performance of talent campaigns aimed at expanding our community of independent professionals across SEA and ANZ
  • Talent packaging: Identify and package available, highly skilled independent professionals to showcase to clients and proactively grow the project pipeline
  • Talent management: Keep the talent database up-to-date, ensuring profiles accurately reflect skills, experience, and availability
  • Talent partnerships: Research, outreach, and manage partnerships with boutique firms, certification agencies, expert communities, educational institutions and other relevant organisations
  • Process improvement: Collaborate with the Talent & Community team to enhance the talent experience, from sign-up & onboarding to project application

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, growth marketing or related field
  • Enjoy interacting and networking with people
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive meaningful insights to inform strategies
  • Comfortable working in startup environment
