Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive (Contract)

AMOREPACIFIC are looking for a Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive (1 year contract) to be part of our team handling the digital ads and e-commerce operation for one of our brand.

You will play an important role, such as:

• Assist to execute digital ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram ads) for all the e-commerce platforms (Tik Tok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Brand.com etc) to meet the traffic/performance KPI
• Optimize campaigns using various data analytical methods, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and lead generation
• Generate monthly reports and share with relevant teams
• Collaborate closely with agencies and enablers to provide execution strategies
• Assist marketplace Points of Contact (PIC) in their monthly promotions and campaigns settings.
• Verify and ensure all orders can be processed through various platforms and received by the warehouse.
• Manage stock-related information, including volume rebates and GWP commission rates, to ensure smooth order flow without billing issues.
• Monitor order fulfilment rate, ensuring orders are processed within set timelines to minimize cancellations.
• Work with the warehouse on related matters, like insufficient stock for order fulfilment, re-sending missing items, or managing return orders.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects related to e-commerce operations.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Diploma
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Or with 1-2 years of experience and exposure in performance marketing or ecommerce operations.
• Knowledge in performance marketing or media planning, and data analysis such as Google analytics, media dashboard.
• Experience in executing ad buys in Facebook, Instagram, Google and Tiktok covering all formats including display, video etc will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales target given.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills, including in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required.
• Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and is also able to work independently.
