OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Lead and project manage initiatives aimed at optimizing operational cost efficiencies and streamlining operational processes.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure the successful execution of operational optimization projects.
• Serve as the key operation PIC for strategizing and establishing required operational structures to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with cross-functional teams including finance, brand, product, and sourcing to ensure all required initiatives are rolled out with minimal any operational issues.
• Monitor and analyse operational metrics, spanning across the entire supply chain stages.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to support operational goals.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to operational activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, vendor contracts, performance metrics, and operational processes.

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with very good academic record from a top university.
• You have 1-3 year of relevant experience in fast paced operations/ consulting/ tech/ FMCG or e-commerce.
• You have demonstrated high levels of organization and effectiveness in managing complex cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of tasks in the past.
• You are a creative problem solver who thinks critically, with strong business sense and analytical skills.
• You possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively across cultures and borders (Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must).
