- Pursue growth and business expansion by developing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Execute day-to-day sales activities, including sales visits, customer feedback, and monitoring outstanding payments.
- Coordinate customer requirements with the Sales & Customer Service teams and prepare sales reports.
- Manage stock levels at sales counters, ensuring optimal balances and monitoring inventory to rectify over or under stock situations.
- Liaise with the logistics division for order fulfilment and arrange deliveries, inter-store transfers, and goods returns as needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management as necessary.
