The Opportunity

Calling out a Service Desk Specialist for a famous insurance company based in Australia! Our client is a leading insurance group that has been managing workers' insurance and injured , workers' compensation claims in Australia for 110 years. Currently, they are looking for a Service Desk Specialist, you will become a crucial part of an interesting project dof insurance claims management system for AU client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems.
  • Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and strictly following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
  • Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information for external and internal service personnel.
  • Escalate problems as appropriate following Service Desk procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation.
  • Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Information Technology / Computer Science / similar course
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL.
  • Knowledge and experienced in troubleshooting for the following application or system:
    • Active Directory and Azure AD
    • Microsoft 365 Admin Center / Microsoft Entra, MS Windows 10 / 11, MS Office applications 2016 / Office 365
    • Exchange Online and On-premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
    • Citrix
    • Internet browsers
    • File backup and restoration
    • DOS Commands
    • VPN (ZScale)
