  • Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's services
  • Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
  • Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
  • Provide efficient service to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
  • Minimum SPM level or above
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • At least 6 months working experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal, read, typing)
  • Willing to commit on 4.5 days work per week or 5 days work per week (Fixed Sunday offday)
  • Willing to work at 7:30am – 6pm rotational shift from Monday – Friday (9 hours work included 1 hour break per day)
  • Willing to work at 9am – 1pm (half day work) on Saturday (if any)
  • Able to work in office, Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
  • Preferable to start working on 18 September 2024
    RM 3,800 Basic + Up to RM 200 KPI
