  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity? Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued customers!

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.

Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their e-hailing services, payment issues, e-hailing orders, e-hailing Apps, etc.

Working Hours:

24 hours rotational shift

5.5 or 6 working days

8 hours working + 1.5 hours break

Shift timings:

- 7am to 7pm

- 12pm to 12am

- Night shift from 5pm-7am

Requirements:

Good English, Mandarin communication skills (spoken & written)

SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

-Full Training Provided

Benefits:

Basic salary: RM3,000

Allowance: RM1,000 (RM400 KPI, RM300 Six working day allowance, RM300 Night shift)

Contract (24 months)

Training provided (1 month)

Annual Leave - 12 Days

Medical Leave - 14 Days
