About The Job
- design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- create and manage complex data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- perform data analysis, extraction, and transformation using SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
- optimize data visualization and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices and data analytics techniques.
- utilize advanced data storytelling techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
- solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for building complex measures and calculations within Power BI, combined with extensive experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards, including advanced data visualizations and interactive reports.
- strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and querying, combined with expertise in ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
- expertise in Python and/or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
- familiarity with AWS cloud platform and integrating Power BI with cloud-based data services.
- proven experience in mentoring or leading junior analysts
