In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities:
- Support strategic projects to drive platform and creator growth and achieve multiple targets
- Able to conduct large scale data based research with moderate guidance. Collaborate with cross function teams or regional teams to conduct analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions to derive findings and recommendations
- Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction
- Coordinate related ops team resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects
- Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, good at visualizing data or analysis results
English and Malay Bahasa proficiency is a must
- Internship experience in large e-commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
- Good understanding of the e-commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Have relatively strong stress resistance and flexibility, bubbling personality
