Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TikTok’s advertising platform, content strategy, and analytics to drive engagement and maximize ROI. This role will also involve managing live events on TikTok, creating an interactive experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement a TikTok content calendar aligned with brand goals and target audience.
  • Develop engaging video content that resonates with our community and encourages interaction.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Live Streaming Management:
  • Plan, host, and manage live streaming events on TikTok, ensuring high-quality production and viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers or team members to create dynamic live content.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to the team to inform future strategies.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and live chats to foster a strong community.
  • Monitor trends and user-generated content to leverage in our strategy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with a knack for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy based on insights.
  • Experience with live streaming and engaging with audiences in real-time.
  • Knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Understanding of other social media platforms and how they integrate with TikTok strategies.
