Senior Account Manager

Must be MIA registered and able to sign off financial statement as part of our listing

Requirements

Job Scope:

• Handle Full set of accounts and responsible for smooth end closing and other financial matters that comply with acc standard as Company is heading for listing
• Take lead in annual budget & forecast, cash flow management, profit recognition, audit and tax matters and work with Department Head and Board of Directors
• Liaise with authorities, bankers, company secretary, lawyers, auditors, tax agents and others on accounting and finance issues.
• Coordinate with project's executive, subcontractors, suppliers & site to ensure smooth project operation.
• To be responsible and accountable for the daily financial operations activities of the business unit.
• Undertake/participate in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Possess positive attitude, responsible and multitasking ability.
• Able to communicate and hand inter personal skills
• Able to work independently and within a team based environment
• Candidate must possess at least a Accountancy or equivalent & MIA Registered.
• Min 3 years of working experience in construction or property development company for full set accounts are added advantageous.
  
  
  

Education: Degree in Accountancy/Finance or partial Professional Qualification

(ACCA/CIMA/MIA/CPA, etc.)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance/accounting preferably in Property

Development industry

Well-versed with Microsoft Office and hand on experience in using computerized accounting

software (Quickbook, Autocount)
