Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical, dental, pharma, or aesthetics sales, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales within assigned accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the product portfolio offered to clients.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our medical technologies to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement account-specific sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Reporting: Track and report on key account performance, sales activities, and market feedback, providing insights and recommendations to the sales leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or key account management within the medical, dental, pharmaceutical, or aesthetics industries.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing key accounts.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the MedTech, healthcare, or aesthetics landscape, including customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance account performance.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
