Job Description

As the Senior HR and Admin Executive, you will be the sole HR representative in our company, playing a crucial role in managing all HR functions. Your main responsibilities will include recruitment and payroll, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also handle various administrative tasks to support our team.

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Payroll:

  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Handle office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin as per nature of the business.
