Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join us. This role is designed to effectively embed the ERP applications into Goodpack standard operations, and to evolve the Goodpack standard processes to meet new business needs. This role will support the end user community in identifying areas for improvement in the underlying systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand Goodpack ERP systems and support Goodpack users to operate effectively and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Understand internal system support need, assist users for knowledge and system test support
• Perform system analysis with business users identifying the business requirements, business case and development required
• Solution review for fit for use and manage application configuration change of the underlying systems
• Understand the process and EDI integration needs of Goodpack customer
• Support integration projects with Customer Project Teams Functions as the interface with customers, ERP SaaS vendors, stakeholders and project leads
• Evolve and manage change control to Goodpack standard processes
• Carry out investigation and troubleshooting of applications issues and where necessary escalate to outsource technical support
• Manage and size effort for development request and be the primary contact to business users on the usage and development of the Application Solutions
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Information Sciences or Business Studies
• Experience in Supply Chain Management processes
• Solid Experience / min of 3 cycles of full-scale ERP implementation
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, business reporting & data analytics will be advantageous
• Ability to define problems, collect data, document processes, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience in integrating SAP with external parties / subsystems
• Experience in managing interface services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide cross-function of the global team and external parties
• Experience and proven ability to lead in an outsourced environment
• Strong analytical ability in appreciating users’ requirements and good communication ability in articulating specification to both users and vendor
• Good business acumen with experience working with cross functional stakeholders
• Experience in lean 6 sigma, RPA, Web Content Management systems and data analytics tools will be advantageous
• Independent Self Starter, passion to achieve targeted outcomes.
