KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

New Business Development and Sales Target Achievements

  • Engage in new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
  • Perform market research to identify potential clients and areas for industry expansion
  • Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Diligently monitor monthly performance to ensure that established targets are met and that business growth aligns with the planned strategy; if necessary, develop a contingency plan to address any shortfalls
  • Consistently track and evaluate sales performance metrics to enhance revenue growth

Client Relationship Management

  • Acts as the principal point of contact for clients' inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct self-visitation schedules to ensure adequate and impactful engagement/support within budgetary limit
  • Deliver extensive after-saes service and supports to clients to boost sales value and improve satisfaction value

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the features and benefits offer products and services
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales material for industry events and conferences

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the cloud technology sectors, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving profitability and sales target
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as required, either domestically or internationally
  • Comprehensive understanding of current market dynamics and industry trends, enabling immured decision-making and strategic planning
