Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer at Sanggul Emas in Miri and Bintulu. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, effective communication, sales initiatives, and exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks may involve engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years and above in Sales Engineering and Sales skills from Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Technical Support , Communication abilities and good negotiation skills.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • Able to go site visit when required.
  • willing to travel within Sarawak and Sabah to meet customers.
