Programmer Lead
Team Leadership:
-Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Expertise: Act as a technical authority within the team, providing code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practice recommendations.
Development: Participate in hands-on coding and development activities, particularly for complex or critical components of the project.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and testing protocols to maintain high levels of code quality.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development, testing, and production phases.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, including process optimization, adoption of new technologies, and technical debt reduction.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and expectations.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members meet their individual and collective goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
Technical Skills:
-Proven experience in software development, with a focus on leadership or team management.
-Strong knowledge in PHP programming, Mysql, HTML5, CSS and Javascript
-Proficiency in PHP, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, RESTful API
-Experience with PHP framework (Laravel,Opencart, Wordpress), Javascript framework (JQuery, Vue.js), CSS framework (SASS, Bootstrap, tailwindcss)
-Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Leadership Skills:
-Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflicts, and drive results.
Project Management:
-Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
Communication:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
