About the Role:
This role serves as the central point of contact for all penetration testing needs from the client.
You will manage the entire engagement process end to end, from receiving the initial request, scoping the pen test, organising resources for delivery and post test activities.
You will be a subject matter expert in penetration testing and in managing penetration testing engagements.
You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to the client in the test approach and manage the client s expectations and escalations during the engagement.
You will be working with pen test teams across the Asia Pacific.

Strong cybersecurity knowledge and relevant certifications such as OSCP.
Prior experience as a penetration tester to understand the intricacies of the tasks being managed.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as OWASP Testing Guide.
Project Management Skills
Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple penetration testing engagements.
Efficient allocation and management of resources, including team members, tools, and budget.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the engagement.
Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of findings, recommendations, and reports.
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of penetration testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Quick and effective problem solving skills to handle unexpected issues during engagements.
Practical Experience
Previous experience managing penetration testing teams or projects.
