An Executive in the Project Management office is expected to be able to familiar in supporting the Project Manager in navigating around highly ambiguous problem statements in the business operations for a digital bank. The ideal candidate should exhibit the curiosity and willingness to eventually independently take lead of the operation workstreams. The ideal candidate is also expected to have the appetite to shadow the project manager in learning how to ideate, plan and lead various cross-functional teams and projects that also entails the end-to-end Business peration for the digital bank. Essentially, the candidate will need to be comfortable learning and working in a very fast-paced and lean team.
The scope includes but not limited to:
1. To support all project implementations of current and future projects of the digital bank with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
2. To support the Project Manager in working closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master on prioritization of features and backlogs taking into consideration the feedback from Business perations Team
3. Take lead on driving meetings initiatives by coordinating availability of relevant stakeholders, taking meeting minutes, action items and the subsequent follow ups
4. To lead multiple internal and external meetings and reporting to internal and external stakeholders which gathers up to date information from various stakeholders
5. Provide constant updates to the Project Manager on the potential key challenges to meet the deadline (be it in general projects or from business operations)
6. Support in overseeing the overall business operations by understanding the system behaviours and highlighting gaps (in any) in new or existing SOP across all departments
7. To support any other ad-hoc implementations or initiatives that is critical to the
launch of the digital bank
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Have prior experience in leading or managing teams be it at work or undertaking extra
initiatives during university
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities
