  • Use the analytical, marketing, and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands, analyzing inventory flow and generating forecasting solutions.
  • Responsible to fulfill customers demand cost effectively.
  • Lead weekly S&P which involve sales team to continually achieves focus & alignment on forecast plan, inventory plan & exposure risk (if any).
  • Involvement in S&OP which involve high level management to align forward plan with optimize resource and minimize loss.
  • Monitors, analyses and reports sales and operations activities to maintain a higher customer forecasting and higher efficiency. Lead determination of forecasting methods and modelling history to use.
  • Responsible for weekly operational to monitor orders fulfilment status, issue and action required.
  • Coordinate on NPD/ products transition ensure outage timeline is meet. Lead the communication on material readiness.
  • Analyze Forecast Accuracy, conduct root cause analysis of error and make recommendations to management to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Provides reporting and analysis on the full breadth of Demand Forecasting performance.
  • Develop and implement an effective escalation process to address potential stocking problems to management.
  • Involve in products transition project which to minimize material & FG write off. To recommend solution and make decision if require.
  • Responsible to keep a clean, accurate and readily available database of demand and supply chain information to be used in working file.
  • Convert the alignment made with counterpart into direction to planning team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Industrial Engineering with Supply Chain/Logistics focus preferred. Prior FMCG experience strongly desired.
  • Microsoft Office Tools.
  • SAP/S4 Hana/Planning tools related.
  • Good at mathematic and statistics.
  • Familiar at the knowledge of forecasting, supply network and product master scheduling.
  • Willing to adapt/cope in the fast moving and changing working environment.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision and able to work as a good team player and leadership.
