• Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback to improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a persuasive, friendly tone.
• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
