Job Responsibility
- Outbound calls to passenger regarding their flight has been rescheduled and make sure they are aware of the flight changes schedule.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
- Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage
- Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
