KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead the execution of advanced digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and actively execute media buying and analysis across key digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and others, ensuring optimal allocation of budgets and resources.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate e-commerce strategies with broader digital marketing efforts, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and marketing optimizations.
- Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the global principal’s direction while tailoring strategies for local market relevance and creative localization.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve digital marketing practices and stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative environment and helping them achieve their objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and internal teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Implement advanced A/B testing and other experimental approaches to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve business goals.
- Report on the performance of all digital marketing activities to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in media buying, campaign management, and digital strategy.
- Strong expertise in both executing and overseeing media buying and analysis on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance skills, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
- Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, GA4) and a high level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
- Willing to work in Damansara Heights.
