Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to assist in the administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, contacting, screening, and assisting qualified candidates and providing other support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure excellent candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions.
  • Manage interview/assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager.
  • Initiate background check and pre-onboarding due diligence activities.
  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems.
  • Manage the recruitment platform (Indeed, Fast Jobs, LinkedIn)
  • Support TA Lead and HOHR on any employee/ manager queries in creating job requisitions.
  • Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking events, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records upon the completion of each hire.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to collect and file all required documents appropriately.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
  • Support HR department in relevant or ad hoc HR activities.

Your Ingredients

  • A recognised degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple complex projects and work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all organisational levels and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, motivation, and ability to function independently or as a team member.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
