DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements.
  • Write and execute database queries (ie. MSSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data extractions.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc performance reporting tasks for different stakeholders' usage and each entity of the company.
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc calculations for various incentives, rebates, and commissions for different stakeholders.
  • Conduct regulatory reporting according to a timeline provided by the Compliance team, and perform general checking on all clients' information needed by the regulators to make sure all information is updated, else communicating with the relevant department to have them updated.
  • Study the latest guidelines for regulatory reporting and revise the report format, if needed.
  • Improvise reporting preparation process by exploring automation possibilities in the processes using different methods, not limited to Excel VBA, Python, Power Query, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills or experience could be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Agility and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in writing and speaking Mandarin and English.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server.
