  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Korn Ferry has partnered with one of our clients (financial sector), to support their search for a highly motivated and dynamic Innovation Coach to join them in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is an initial 12-month contract.

Scope

  • Strategic Innovation Coaching: Work closely with senior leaderships of several portfolio companies to develop and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify and successfully build and scale new revenue drivers through innovative business models and market opportunities
  • Cross-Company Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across portfolio companies to drive collective innovation
  • Workshops and Trainings: Design and execute venture building programs together with external enablement partners for these portfolio companies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Extensive experience in innovation or related coaching/mentoring roles in the financial sector (e.g. ventures/PE firms)
  • Certified/Qualified in professional coaching is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to influence and inspire senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Self-starter. Proactive and able to hit the ground running.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Malaysia without sponsorship.
