Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards
  • Support team members in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor operational expenses and work towards cost optimization
  • Lead and motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity
  • Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food industry
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
