We’re Looking For

A creative and driven Marketing All-Rounder to join Babel Group’s exciting studio division! You should be passionate about fitness, love working on innovative marketing strategies, and have a strong knack for social media management. We're looking for someone who can think big and act fast—developing campaigns, analysing marketing data, and collaborating with our teams to grow our current studios and an upcoming international fitness brand. What Your Role is All About

Create buzz-worthy marketing strategies: Plan and deliver cool campaigns that make our studios the talk of the town.

Own social media: Run Insta, TikTok, and FB like a pro—posting, engaging, and growing our followers with fresh, creative content.

Collaborate with the squad: Work with the sales and creative teams to launch epic promos and events that get people hyped.

Track the vibes: Use data to see what’s working (or not) and tweak campaigns to hit our goals.

Stay on top of trends: Keep an eye on the latest fitness and marketing trends to keep our studios relevant and exciting.

Boost engagement: Get our community talking with interactive posts, challenges, and stories that make people want to join in.

Influencer collabs: Team up with fitness influencers to show off our studios and reach a wider audience.

Manage email campaigns: Keep our members in the loop with fun, on-brand emails that promote classes, offers, and studio updates.

Support Studio Ops: Help bring new studios to life by creating buzz and making sure everything is on point for opening day.

Organise cool events: Plan and promote live events, pop-up classes, and exclusive experiences that people will want to rave about!

Key Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or related field: You’ve got the academic background to back up your skills and knowledge.

Creative marketing mindset: You’re full of fresh ideas and know how to turn them into eye-catching campaigns.

Social media pro: You’re fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and know how to build engagement and grow followers.

Strong communication skills: You write killer copy, work well with teams, and can keep campaigns running smoothly.

Data-driven: You can read analytics, spot trends, and make smart, strategic decisions to boost performance.
