Position: Customer Service (Banking) - English speaker
Location: Kuala Lumpur; accessible by public transport
Work mode: Hybrid after 6 months depending on performance
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,800 (basic) + RM300 - RM450 (night shift allowance) + RM200 (fixed allowance after training completed)
Requirements:
- SPM and above
- Fresh graduates in Degree/Diploma welcomed to apply
- Able to speak, read and write in good English and Malay
- Experience in customer service is good to have
- Credit in SPM if it is highest academic qualification
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
