Duties

  • Through inspired products and services be the driver of business sales, order and profit growth through the development of local marketing strategies, campaign calendar execution in Malaysia, Singapore and Cambodia plus execution across multiple channels.
  • Work effectively with the Marketing Manager in the 2nd and 3rd market.
  • Grow the brand through transactions and food retailing strategies.
  • Manage local country marketing, driving growth through acquisition and activation of customers through campaigns, digital, CRM and New Product Development
  • Steer the development and execution of a local marketing strategy with the support of the other sections in Marketing.
  • Manage the market Adfund (NAF) ensuring it does not go into deficit with the best ROI. Also manage overhead budget along with participating in yearly budgeting processes.
  • Spearhead productions of all campaign assets
  • Act as first point of contact between agency and internal team.
  • Consult the in-market level and Group CMO/Leadership teams in terms of marketing topics.
  • Manage Marketing support of a specific market end-to-end
  • Escalate local topics of relevance to the MSK Group CMO.
  • Conduct, collect and interpret local market intelligence for marketing strategy creation.
  • Embrace and promote a culture of fast moving action and execution and the setting of world leading practice. Adopt a minimal viable process mindset to drive inspired product and services innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Driving positive profitable sales, customer growth and franchise profitability
  • Set local marketing objectives with the MSK Group CMO
  • Development and approval of national marketing plan and budgets (Adfunds)
  • Collaborate, lead and drive other stakeholder departments in supply chain, operations, IT – in order to bring the marketing plan to life.
  • Be the face of marketing to Franchise Partners and lead communication around strategy, results, approvals needed and help resolve challenges.
  • Translate global and regional plans to local marketing needs.
  • Report marketing performance to MSK Group CMO & Country CEOs
  • Oversee successful launches of products and campaigns.
  • Manage local marketing cost base.
  • Work with MSK Group CMO to deliver a clear channel strategy, which includes Aggregators.
  • Local development/growth of the Client’s brand, with focus on brand value, brand awareness and brand image
  • Utilise data and insights to drive same store sales, customer counts, and franchise profitability
  • Work closely with operations / purchasing to ensure the delivery and operational execution of inspired products
