  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

A world-famous, fine dining restaurant is currently on the lookout for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to come on-board their business.

Your new role

  • Constantly maintaining high-quality standards, overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring seamless service
  • Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and cost control, while creating and updating beverage menus
  • Engage and assist guests with menu selections and enquiries, and professionally resolve any complaints.
  • Lead and train the team on menu offerings, wine knowledge, beverage preparation, and customer service best practices.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment, manage staff scheduling and performance, and collaborate with the kitchen and other parties in managing events and promotions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience within the food & beverage line
  • Possessing high knowledge of bar & beverage management
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff
