- Constantly maintaining high-quality standards, overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring seamless service
- Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and cost control, while creating and updating beverage menus
- Engage and assist guests with menu selections and enquiries, and professionally resolve any complaints.
- Lead and train the team on menu offerings, wine knowledge, beverage preparation, and customer service best practices.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, manage staff scheduling and performance, and collaborate with the kitchen and other parties in managing events and promotions.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience within the food & beverage line
- Possessing high knowledge of bar & beverage management
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff
