Job description:
- To reply all enquiries, properly and promptly in accordance with company’s protocol.
- To recruit students and registrations.
- Involve in course and training registrations.
- To follow up on the enquiries, systematically, and convert them into active students (as per our SOP).
- Update the student data into the company Online System.
- To participate in company’s marketing activities to source new enquiries.
- Assist the Company to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Professional communication skills especially in replying to enquiries – on social media, text messages & emails.
- Able to assess enquires and reply accordingly.
- Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task in detail.
- Knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially the email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.
- Knowledge in search engines, social media campaigns, email campaigns, text-messaging applications and related marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to multi-task and work well independently and as well as a team.
