- Sales Lead Management: Respond to and follow up on incoming sales leads via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selections, and addressing concerns.
- Order Processing: Handle customer orders, coordinate with the operations team, and ensure orders are accurately processed and fulfilled.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales leads, conversions, and performance metrics using CRM or other systems.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, answering phones, and maintaining records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, consultations, and installations for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings to assist customers with informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role (experience in retail, customer service, or home improvement is a plus).
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of window treatments or home improvement products is a plus but not required.
