Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute daily HR responsibilities and tasks
  • Support the implementation HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including employee counseling and updating employment confirmations.
  • Maintain, update, and organize employment records.
  • Support mobility management, including work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires and member firm assignees.
  • Advice on and manage subsidies related to professional studies and qualifications.
  • Draft email communications and prepare HR-related letters, such as verification letters, visa applications, letters of undertaking, testimonials, performance notices, and warning letters.
  • Manage e-Leave management system and handle leave matters related to resignations, interns, professional studies, and more.
  • Address employee inquiries, serving as the primary contact for employees and business line leaders seeking HR process and policy support.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Prepare headcount and employee movement reports.
  • Experience in HR operations and HRBP roles is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management/ Business Studies/ Management
  • Min 4 years of experience in managerial role
  • Experience in overall HR operations and HRBP role will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
