Molicc System Sdn Bhd is a well-established wood-based manufacturing company since 2002 and has been producing quality built-in furniture, interior doors, timber doors, door frames and architraves for domestic project such as residential, commercial and industrial plant. Molicc system started with the passion to fire resistant door in 2014 by realizing its importance to save lives. With the years of experience and craftsmanship in timber works and doors, Molicc has developed and created a range of tested and approved fire resistant door sets to comply with the current MS 1073: PART 3: 1996 (AMD.1:2003) building compliance.

We are the first door supplier & manufacturing company in Malaysia to obtain license from the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia and the Scientific and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) to build High Pressure Laminates (HPL) fire resistant doors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Molicc System Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya ,Selangor, Malaysia. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, conducting training programs, and handling employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and practices
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information professionally
