Our Team

You will be reporting to Manager, Process Outsource and working closely with planner, warehouse supervisor and the engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Work with Planner for the production master plan in order to meet production timeline.
• Manage and coach a team of operators and material handler in order produce quality product to meet on time delivery.
• Ensure timely training and on board of new employees.
• Ensure material kitting per requirement in MES system.
• Liaise with engineers/Tech to resolve machines and technical issue for ECD
• Ensure backflushing of the component upon completion of order (KIV)
• Ending FG for QA buyoff and stock in after QA buy-off
• Packing and labelling and arrange with logistic for shipment
• Ensure 6S in the production area
• Place purchase of indirect material once low stock level triggered by warehouse supervisor.
• Continuous improvement solution on production yield to meet require KPI.
• Optimizing production cost, process improvement and COPQ reduction.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Electronics Engineering is preferable.
• With SAP on WIP backflushing is added point.

• Having experience in production build matrix planning and execution, in high mix low volume business model.
