Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers and retail staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained across all retail locations, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Brand Integrity: Uphold brand values and ensure store presentation, product displays, and promotional activities align with the brand's image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent delivery of products and promotions.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and implement solutions to improve store performance.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage store budgets, control operational costs, and generate regular reports for senior management on store performance.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience with retail software and inventory management systems.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and a customer-centric mindset.
