  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: F&B Assistant Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and manage operating costs.
  • Develop and execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
  • Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
  • Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery.
  • Develop, review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and ensure SOP is observed and carry out consistently for all branches.
  • Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
  • Identify ways to increase work efficiency and productivity.
  • Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
  • Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge of food control and product quality skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, and a people manager with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivator and passionate about the F&B industry.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
