- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the SEA and NEA markets, including market size, trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
- Dealer Network Development: Manage a network of dealers in SEA and NEA to drive sales and market penetration.
- Dealer Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to dealers and their staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and marketing.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor dealer performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to improve results.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry partners.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the outdoor power equipment industry or a similar technical field
- Willingness to travel extensively within SEA and NEA
- College or University degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development within the outdoor power equipment industry or a similar technical field
