Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive (Earthwork Infra)

Responsibilities - To evaluate the progress claim received from the subcontractors and suppliers. - To assist in the settlement of Final Account for the Main Contractor and sub-contractors - Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim, verification, comparison and certification of sub-contractors and suppliers claims - Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers - Coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claims such as variation orders, extension of time, loss, expenses, etc - Attending site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment - Coordinate various QS activities in the most cost effective way - Comply, confirm and implement company procedure on all contract and administration matters - Willing to travel or transferred at site when required - Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently - Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors - Preparation of project costing / administration of contract and letter writing - Experience in infrastructure & Earthwork construction firm Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Others) or equivalent - More than 5 years’ experience - Meticulous with good interpersonal skills - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Preferable those with experience in infrastructure Earthwork construction
