  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  4. Scroll down and click on JavaScript.
  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and guests
  • Attend to customers’ needs
  • Assign customers to Sales Executives / Customer Service Consultants
  • Handle first level customer queries/complaints
  • Answer incoming & redirect calls, and take & forward messages
  • Conduct post-delivery CSI/CLI surveys
  • Conduct service reminder or any Sales/After Sales customer related calls
  • Contribute and participate in company / MBM related / organised events and roadshows
  • Manage incoming mail and packages
  • Take and keep proper records/logs of walk-ins, demos, etc
  • Prepare reports and handle general administration

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in qualification
  • Possess minimum 2-3 year customer service/ frontline working experience.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese dialects/ Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Candidate must be able to work on rotated weekends. Early shift starts as early as 8am and last shift ended as late as 7pm
