Job Purpose

Responsible for system level Engineering and leading, coordinating and delivering multi-discipline Engineering scope on a Project, Tender or Study. The role requires extensive experience and technical knowledge related to SPS (Subsea Production Systems) and/or SURF (Subsea Umbilical Risers and Flowlines) and associated Project Execution.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and lead all Engineering activities to deliver successful Projects, Studies or Tenders to our customers
• Define the Engineering execution plan for the project
• Manage sub-system and discipline engineering leads through project execution
• Manage and co-ordinate all engineering activity on projects - progress updates, completion forecasts, management of change, technical risk, design reviews etc.
• Oversee the quality in delivery of all Engineering and ensure that the relevant processes, procedures and design rules are followed
• Maintain a network and working understanding of relevant technologies and methods. Attend and support industry events
• Demonstrate leadership on QHSE and continuous improvement through engagement and active sharing of knowledge and lessons learnt
• Provide advice and technical expertise to the broader regional and global organization
• May also provide Engineering Management to support business development, customer early engagement, Tenders and Studies
  
  

You Are Meant For This Job If

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience related to SPS and/or SURF products and project execution
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Engineering Manager
• Experience leading diverse Engineering teams and disciplines
• Recognized as having a specialized depth or breadth of expertise in Subsea Project execution
  
  

Skills Requirements

• Experience in an SPS and/or SURF related Engineering disciplines and Project execution
• Strong technical knowledge and awareness of SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, Flowlines) and/or SPS products (Xmas Tree, Manifolds, Control Systems)
• Understanding of the key drivers (technical and commercial) involved in Subsea System project execution
• Strong Commercial, Contractual and Business awareness
• Project Management skills
• Strong ability to independently assess complex systems or problems and determine the optimal solution
• Experience as Focal Point for interacting with customers
