- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in B2B sales within the food & beverages or beauty line/cosmetic sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of customers and competitors, along with an understanding of customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes to effectively position company’s offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to develop Account Development Plans (ADPs).
- Proficient in executing all account management steps in the brief handling process and managing scale-ups.
- Capable of generating new business by identifying unmet customer needs.
- Ability to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining a disciplined and problem-solving approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and execution.
- Mature, independent, and proactive.
- Able to work in Taman Putra Perdana Selangor.
