Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Damansara City Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills


Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Certification in sales or marketing
