JOB SCOPE

  • Execute marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including but not limited to content development and optimization.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, SMS, mobile applications, etc.)
  • Responsible for visual merchandising in all outlets.
  • Create marketing materials for marketing platforms.
  • Conduct market research to establish customer trends, habits, needs and preferences, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for the company.
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage innovative communication design ideas.
  • Provide ideas to marketing in regards to design style, mood-board, format, and timescales.
  • Create digital content for all marketing platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, Forever2U, and Telegram.
  • Undertake competitor research and analyses.
  • Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support Sales, Marketing & Events activities.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Oversee the development and management of the company's brand, ensuring that it is consistent across all marketing channels. (align with home office)
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, and use data to forecast future marketing expenditures.
  • Performing other duties when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.


Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the MLM industry.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in design work and video editing can be an added value.
  • Highly innovative, resourceful, and proactive.
