Supply Chain Executive

Primary Job Purpose:

Assisting to keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory. Also collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Daily transaction entry FG and BIFG stock [related module]
• Monitoring/maintains the FG | BIFG delivery on time and stock covered
• Supplier Interaction for Delivery Planning, ensure 3rd party purchases are delivered on time
• Controlling day-today inventory operations
• Perform inventory analysis and determine and direct stockroom workers on where the inventory needs to go
• Monthly stock count and Year end stock count reconciliation for FG and BIFG [Collaborate related dept.]
• Involve in the physical stock count with cool room personnel at the cool room warehouse
• Assisting QA personnel on daily return products at cool room warehouse
• Managing on the disposal of stock damages and expired
• Charity and Food Aid Foundation arrangement

Administrative Duties:

• Assisting on general admin duties
• Undertake other ad hoc task as required by HOD or Manager

Experience and Skills Required:

• 5 years related Demand and Supply Chain, Customer Service experiences at Supervisor level
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Soft Skills and Other Requirements:

• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP & SAP is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially MS Office Excel.
• Familiar with Demand & Supply Planning Tools
• Able to lead the team with good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has the ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team.
• Good understanding of Demand & Supply Chain end-to-end process
• Good Business Acumen and Understanding
• Able to work independently
• Good Team-Work and good Interpersonal Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
